Sally Sahagún
Sally Sahagún is a Political Science student at NYU Abu Dhabi, whose academic research and creative writing are equally shaped by her Mexican identity and by stories of leaving, returning, and learning to belong to more than one place — migration, in its academic sense and its lived one. Her writing often circles back to the same question her research asks in policy language: what happens in the space where a policy should have existed, and didn't.
